The conference is interdisciplinary and brings together the perspectives of political scientists, lawyers, social workers, academics and students, scholars, human rights defenders, institutional representatives, and journalists.
The Forum is dedicated to two major anniversaries - the 30th anniversary of the NBU and the 30th anniversary of Bulgaria's accession to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
The event aims to analyze the challenges facing the theory, teaching, and practice of human rights protection in the context of multiple and overlapping crises of a national, regional, and global nature.
